This is somebody you want tutoring your children? Someone with no respect for authority? Some smelly, obnoxious bastard with drool hanging off his lips, who scuttles to bus shelters and tapes signs up when NOBODY ELSE DOES IT?
NOBODY else tapes signs to bus shelters like this lunatic. What do you do? Let him alone, to prey on children? To do a cash business from his slimy walk-up apartment, and wait till he kills a child?
When somebody is a SOCIOPATH you take measures to STOP HIM.
January 2nd, and he was crawling around from 79th to 76th Street taping up his signs, waiting to get his hands on young children.
January 6th, Monday, closer to his rat's nest apartment on 72nd, he scuttled over to 1st Avenue and hit Bus Shelter 1156 (72nd Street, 1st Avenue heading west) and Bus Shelter 0068 (72nd Street and 1st Avenue, heading uptown).
Everyone in the neighborhood has seen this monster's handiwork. It looks like THIS:
