"How to Scoff" - It's Painfully EASY

The witch at 425 East 73rd Street and her obnoxious A-frame-placing pal have been at it for over a year. This very same sign:

This is what SANITATION should have seen Saturday, January 26th and 27th, and ticketed. So why didn't it happen?

Here's another "Psychic" at 435 East 75th, blocking sidewalk access, being chained up on random nights and days. Report it and you get, "Gee, we went over and didn't see anything." OR..."We went over and knocked on the door and they wouldn't answer it."

Calls to the 19th Precinct to cut the chain, or have a strong talk to these scofflaws, have been routinely ignored with, "No man power available," "No squad car in the area," "This is not our job,"

Calls placed to "Officer Lynch" at the "Community Affairs" voice mail, were never, ever returned.

Sanitation offers a puny template that only allows 100 words to explain the problem, and doesn't allow for uploading any photos:

One Sanitation officer insisted tickets have been issued, "but we can't do it every day to them. That would be harassment." Asked how many tickets, and if any were paid, the response was, "I don't know, that's not my department."

Meanwhile fake "PSYCHICS" do a cash-business swindling people.

Some communities ban ALL A-Frame signs, whether chained to lamp posts illegally or propped up against the side of a building:
