Here she is again, the ONLY one on 78th Street with an illegal sign at the curb. NO other storefront breaks the law...because NO other storefront is run by a sociopath. The others pay rent and perform HONEST services.

She uses the public sidewalk, illegally, to con people. People see the sign and figure, "Gee, this must be legal. Surely the city wouldn't let her put up a sign without even charging for it..."
