Sociopath "PSYCHICS" don't care if two elderly people struggle to avoid the sign...of if kids scratch their faces on it, or wheelchair people can't get by.
This blog could post a photo showing THIS sign up and blocking the sidewalk on July 16,17,18. A photo could be posted for tomorrow, the 20th, and for the weekend of the 21st and 22nd. Is that necessary? Shouldn't this farce be over by now?
BAREBURGER (1370 1st Avenue) is a thriving restaurant that PAYS for their space. They offer a service that is honest. And they don't need to stick an illegal sandwich board sign in front of their restaurant. But the "PSYCHIC" does it. Free ads for the "PSYCHIC."

The question is whether the 19th Precinct or officers of the Sanitation Department will come by on a week night or a weekend, and do it a few times, to see the abuse, and to FINE these two idiots
The 311 number reported on the Psychic (who, 311 says, was reported by others only a few minutes earlier, which would've been around 7pm) is: 2012-M-L-8006478.
It would be helpful if, when a 19th Precinct cop car is cruising about, a citizen could flag it down, point out a violation a block away, and get some action. Don't the police have the ability to write a ticket?
