Sleazy "LIVE HOT SPOT" SCOFFLAW SCUM

4:30pm, July 24th. Three snickering 20-something idiots, each with a stack of red stickers, go marching from York Avenue and 79th across town.
They are getting chump change (from a sleaze in a gray SUV that trailed them) for putting three or four stickers on EVERY lamp post and bus shelter
Hah hah. What FUN!
One of the ANTI-SCOFFLAW PATROL peeled a sign off the light pole. The sleaze in the SUV saw it and called out to his 20-something henchmen to "deal" with it.  
So the confrontation began:
One Dude: "So you're taking down our sign?"
ANTI-SCOFFLAW PATROL: "It's illegal to put stickers on lamp posts and bus shelters."
Another Dude: "Don't be taking down our signs!"
ANTI-SCOFFLAW PATROL: "You could be fined for what you're doing. Do you understand that?"
First Dude, grinning: "Why don't you let US worry about that?"
Indeed...here's a dude with his cap on backwards, shorts, no socks, cheap sunglasses...and you wonder if he could afford the fine. Then again, he knows that cops aren't likely to even haul him away.

What kind of creep runs it? The kind that knowingly gives chump change (or free admission) to three dumbass kids so they can do his dirty work
The website is where empty-heads are supposed to go to find out about the kewl places.
Except the really KEWL people know where to go. They don't need this crappy loser website.
But who else SCOFFLAWS with stickers on lampposts? Rarely anyone with class, or anyone making an "honest" mistake and not knowing it's illegal.

The jerk who runs this website hires a few brainless chicks to pretend that they're hanging out in the "hot spots" he promotes?
Nobody is that stupid as to believe that.
