The 435 E 75 "ADVISOR" Scofflaws the Street Festival

She's told NOT to put her signs on the poles at 1st OR York and 75th, and NOT to put them in front of her pigsty basement hovel. She keeps doing it anyway. 

Here's the sign blocking the sidewalk. The ONLY person who does it in this area. It's NOT "flush against the wall" which is the ONLY acceptable way of displaying an A-Frame. 

Was she inside, waiting to hook and con gullible people? No. 

Today, the 1st Avenue Street Fair was on. 

Rather than PAY for a booth, she sat her ass on a folding chair, waiting to sucker people into $5 con jobs readings...the kind that escalate into "pay me another $10...another $20..." and MORE. 

Usually it's the old and it's immigrants who fall for "palm reading" and "tarot cards" and the rest of the con artist's tricks. Here, seemingly "normal" people sit and get slick "advice" from a fat slob in a dirty hat. This witch doesn't even NEED the witchy costumes of the gypsy to work her schemes. 

When things were slow, this FIVE YEAR SCOFFLAW got up and started pestering everyone walking by, handing out leaflets (illegal) and saying they could get an instant reading. 

When the phony "psychic" got a sucker, she left it to an obese crony to hand out more leaflets:

The last picture: do you know what the blimp was staring at? She was staring at the two cops and wondering if they were going to roust her. But the guy in the blue shirt didn't bother, and the one in the white shirt looked the other way.
