Yes, you can look below and find a post, several weeks old, that mentioned how a city official LITERALLY CALLED UP the WITCH OF 73RD STREET about the illegal signs chained to city property. CALLED UP and told her it was illegal and she could be fined. What does she do? Waits a week, and SCOFFS SOME MORE. Sneaky? No, the SCOFFLAW dares anyone to do anything. It's the weekend, nobody's around, right? So chain up the sign from noon till 7 or 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Keep scoffing.
Here it is, weekend of August 4th-5th, and in broad daylight, from noon onward, the sign is chained, blocking the sidewalk, and illegally bringing cash (hello, Internal Revenue Service!) into the pocket of a conjob "psychic." You'll note the Olympic front page of the weekend paper, proving when the pictures were taken.
