Another SNEAKY "PSYCHIC" After 5pm

Just two blocks away from the "PSYCHIC" mentioned below, here's another.

The trick is to chain that sign up AFTER 5pm on FRIDAY, and ALL WEEKEND LONG. This one was spotted after 5pm, June 29th.

Making things more annoying:
The daughter of PSYCHIC" stood in front of Bareburger handing out leaflets.

Well, what if every business was so unethical and obnoxious, and sent an underling or a relative to block the sidewalk and select "marks" to shove leaflets at?

BAREBURGER needs a loiterer like this with the cheap "read your fortune" dodge chasing away customers?

Chaining a sign to PUBLIC PROPERTY is wrong. So is pesty panhandling.

Who you gonna call after 5pm to get action? 311? 911? Or does the city no longer believe in "quality of life" issues now that Giuiani isn't mayor? Or easy money to be gotten with fines?

PONY BAR SCOFFLAW DOESN'T STOP

The PSYCHIC with that ratty 435 East 75th basement voodoo-shop has got A NEW SIGN.

Here we are, June 27th, and in front of the PONY BAR restaurant (1444 1st ave) on the corner of 75th and York:

It was twilight, so the sign had to be Photoshopped to brighten it.

WHY hasn't SANITATION or 19th PRECINCT come around on a weekend and either clipped the chain on this, or walked down the street and handed this "psychic" a FINE?

As usual this sign magically appears when this PSYCHIC figures nobody from Sanitation or the 19th Precinct will notice. That's especially between 8pm and 10pm at night and on weekends.

How about deputizing anyone from the 79th Street Block Association or Community Board 8 to clip the chain and remove the sign? How about a phone call to the 19th Precinct that would get some action? We're talking about a SCOFFLAW who DOES THIS EVERY WEEKEND.

You'd think a PSYCHIC would know how to stay out of trouble, but THIS one, at 435 East 75th, loves to SNEAK a sign onto the corner of 75th and 1st Avenue.

Why do this? Not enough suckers believe this idiot is really PSYCHIC, huh. So around 8pm, and on weekends, the sign gets chained to NYC property. The arrow at the bottom points people down 75th Street....

Yes, the sign is CHAINED in place. Put up illegally on a public sidewalk, blocking pedestrians. Selfish, sleazy activity. The arrow at bottom is directing people down the street to...


...THIS illegal sign blocking the sidewalk. Inside a dank basement the "tarot reading" and other well-known carny tricks take place.

Just to add more misery, a henchman of this basement-dwelling PSYCHIC roams the nearby streets, getting into the faces of pedestrians to hand out fliers.

The creep in the striped shirt. With two signs illegally chained on the corner of 75th and in front of his building, he blocks anyone in his path and and pushes a leaflet. Prison stripes would suit this obnoxious pest.
