Who would be so selfish and obnoxious as to CHAIN an A-FRAME sign to it?
A so-called "PSYCHIC" of course. A "TAROT READER" fraud. One of the obnoxious parasites of the city who preys on the stupid with bunco scams.
The 19th Precinct should be clipping these chains and confiscating these signs. So should the Sanitation Department.
You see "meter snoops" everywhere, don't you? Men and women in uniform who sniff at car windows checking for expiration dates on licenses, and who walk around just waiting to write up a ticket for an expired meter.
Why aren't there some city workers in uniform to write up other violations, like this?
