chain A-Frame signs and laugh at the fines they might get ONCE in a YEAR. 

Sanitation has privately said, "Somebody should go spray paint the sign, or

clip the lock." Yeah, and then the vigilante either gets beaten up by for it, or

arrested by the cops who smugly sass, "Don't take the law into your own hands."

That's JUST the kind of evil, selfish, corrupt, disgusting OLD MAN you want sidling up next to YOUR CHILD?
Asim with this "let's pretend I'm a school" signs on bus shelters advertising himself as the dean of "MATH POWER TUTORING."
It's just one creepy old bastard who scuttles from his smelly walk-up apartment down the street to stick the signs on the bus shelters on 72nd Street (going up York, going down York).
What will it take to make him stop? Giving him a call, perhaps, instead of Sanitation playing the "we didn't see the sign, somebody must've taken it down" game?

Told to STOP chaining her sign to 73rd and York lamp-post...
She does it anyway.
And then she plays her game of chaining it to the lamp-post in front of Bareburger on 73rd and 1st, and then across the street at the Finnegan's Wake restaurant across the street.

Math Power Tutoring? Perversion? Compulsion? SCOFFLAW

It looks like ugly troll Asim just can't keep his grubby hands to himself. He wants to get underage students at the local school up to his 3rd floor slime lair.

He once again taped a MATH POWER TUTORING pretty pink sign to the bus shelter on the afternoon of December 11th.

He targets the kids and their parents by scuttling around at 3pm to get his sign up, and hope it's seen before outraged citizens pull it down.

It is utterly sickening that the "procedure" here is to report him, and have a moron from Sanitation reply three days later, "We went by and didn't see anything."

It would be a lot easier if a report to the Sanitation website could include a photo, or if the 19th Precinct had a squad car that would deign to pass by, note the sign WAS there, and confirm it to Sanitation so a fine could be written up.

Why is he allowed to keep taping up his sickening pretty pink signs? WHY? He is NOT a teacher licensed in this city. He can't get a job in the city school system.

"Our students have been accepted..." His sign is full of distortions, including "our." He makes it seem like he runs a school and has a staff. It's one sicko in a 3rd floor walk-up.
