The bus shelters on 72nd got defaced by him once again, Sunday, September 2nd. Here's just one of them:

Just how childish is this 79 year-old who wants children in his 3rd floor walk-up?
Well, he actually has some of his creepy old friends loiter at the bus shelter (nothing better to do) and wait and see who takes down his signs.
Then they badger and cuss and shout and rave. How indignant they are, that law-abiding citizens would remove ILLEGAL SIGNS.
This farce, which involves a sociopath who is out to get kids in his apartment, could end if he was fined enough, and if someone from the POLICE turned up at his door.
PETTY PINHEADS LIKE ASIM K. ARE COUNTING ON CITIZENS AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS TO JUST "GIVE UP" AND LET THEM HAVE THEIR WAY.
SLAP ASIM K. DOWN. WITH A PHONE CALL. WITH FINES. DON'T REWARD PERSISTENT SCOFFLAWS BY IGNORING THEM. IT ONLY BREEDS MORE OF THEM
