Saturday Night SCOFFING

Saturday night, September 8th. It's rainy, but that doesn't prevent the two "PSYCHIC" pests on 73rd and 75th from chaining their signs up, as usual. 73rd Street, for the weasel of 425 East 73rd:

75th Street.
You can't miss it, can you? Neither can pedestrians. It is ILLEGAL to block half the sidewalk with a sandwich board sign like this.

The sign was placed in front of the "psychic"'s basement lair: 435 E 75th Street
Nice, huh? A rainy dark night, and someone with a baby carriage, or a wheelchair goes careening into this thing.

Reporting these signs literally DOZENS of times gets the same limp response: "We didn't see the sign" or "We told 'em to take the sign away and don't do it no more."
