MONKEY SEE, MONKEY SCOFF

Yes, SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 2nd was a busy day for the SCOFFERS.
In just a three block radius, 72nd to 75th, THREE PERPETUAL SCOFFLAWS were back at it
SCOFF SCOFF SCOFF

Oh, here's a novelty, the 435 East 75th Street monkey-bitch is offering "pet readings."

Sunday is SCOFFLAW DAY since Sanitation doesn't even pretend to send anyone around.
How about the cops?
Oh, they insist this ain't their job.
Yesterday, the problem at the 19th Precinct was that the Dominican Day parade was taking away a lot of patrol cars. It was hoped maybe an officer could spare a moment toward evening.
Today? 4pm? With both the 73rd Street and 75th Street "psychics" chaining these sandwich board signs up? "A new shift started..." but, again, perhaps an officer could observe. But forcibly removing the signs? "That's Sanitation..." only Sanitation claims it's the 19th Precinct. Ping pong. SCOFF SCOFF.
